Nick is almost home!

I just wanted to let everyone know that Nick is going to be home very soon. 7-8 days. The kids and I are very excited. We had a very low key week this past week. The kids went back to school from Christmas break and our normal lives took over again. No pictures to post today. I was very bad about taking pictures this week. Well, I am signing out for now. Mink Blankets

For Christmas Nick sent the kids mink blankets. They love them. Especially now that it is a bit colder here. Nick also sent me some true Turkish Tea. He is so awesome.

Homemade bread.

I made my first homemade bread. It was Italian Foccica Bread. It was really yummy and actually looked like the picture in the cookbook. I didn't know that it would take all day though. Thanks Jim and Bonnie for the awesome cookbook.

I have several other recipies that I am going to try.

We spent several hours there and had lots and lots of fun.

We can't wait for dad to come home so he can go with us next time.
